Construction projects need transport from the first survey visit to the final handover — and the requirement changes shape along the way. We serve contractors, engineering consultancies and infrastructure joint ventures with a fleet that covers the whole lifecycle.

Early phases run on 4x4s: survey teams and consultants reaching sites that are not yet sites, with experienced drivers on rough approaches. Mobilisation brings staff movement — daily pick-and-drop routes for engineers and site staff on vans and coasters, with attendance reporting for site administration. Through execution, logistics vehicles carry the project: Shehzore and Mazda trucks for materials and small plant, 10-wheelers for heavy loads, and our 22-wheeler carrier for moving machinery and vehicle fleets between sites.

Site rules are respected as contract terms: inducted drivers, documented pre-trip inspections, GPS tracking, and HSE incident reporting formatted for your project system. Where a client's requirements impose journey management or night-movement restrictions, our 24/7 operations room enforces them.

Commercially, project transport works best on our monthly dedicated-fleet model — vehicles and drivers assigned to the project, invoiced per period against the project code, with the flexibility to scale up for peak phases and down after commissioning. Multi-site projects draw on our provincial offices so a package in Punjab and another in Sindh run under one agreement.
